No-Show Policy

We ask that our patients provide 24-hours notice if they will be unable to keep an appointment. We do understand that there are times when 24-hour notice is not possible. Advance notice will allow other patients to be seen during the allotted time that has been set aside for you.

If a patient misses a second appointment without advance notice, a fee of $50.00 may be charged. Please note that insurance will not pay for missed appointment fees.


A third no-show in a 24-month period can be cause for dismissal from the practice for the patient and the patient’s family.


Failure to keep an initial appointment to establish care is also cause for dismissal from the practice.  We will be unable to re-schedule NEW patients who fail to give advanced notice for a missed appointment to establish care with our office.
