-We do NOT accept Kansas Medicaid (KanCare) at this time.
This includes Aetna Better Health , Sunflower Health Plan, Ambetter, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kansas.
We are currently NOT taking any new MEDICARE patients.
-We do NOT accept NEW patients with Samaritan, Solidarity, or
Liberty Healthshare.
-We do NOT accept NEW patients with Ambetter.
-Any patients that do not have health insurance are required to pay for their service at the time of service. We offer a discount for all cash services paid in full.
Additional Fees:
There is an additional $30 fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record, including:
